Thank you for shopping with 7S PowerSports. We work to process and ship eligible orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Orders for eligible items are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, special orders, or due to product availability.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method for your order. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated to you before your order is shipped.

Some oversized, heavy, hazardous, or specially handled items may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before processing the shipment.

Due to size, weight, manufacturer requirements, safety considerations, and/or dealership policies, 7S PowerSports does not ship complete vehicles or equipment in the following categories:

• Motorcycles
• ATVs
• Electric dirt bikes / electric motorcycles
• Lawn mowers
• Tractors

These products are available for in-store pickup only unless other arrangements are specifically made and approved by 7S PowerSports prior to purchase.

Online purchases, deposits, or payments for these products do not constitute an agreement by 7S PowerSports to ship or deliver the unit.

Parts, accessories, and other merchandise associated with these product categories may still be eligible for shipping.

Certain parts, accessories, implements, or other oversized products may not qualify for standard shipping. In these cases, additional freight charges or special shipping arrangements may be required.

If we are unable to ship an item using the shipping method selected during checkout, we will contact you to discuss available options before the order is shipped.

We currently ship eligible merchandise to addresses within the United States where shipping service is available.

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states or locations due to manufacturer restrictions, carrier requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to legally or reasonably ship the product to the requested destination.

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed by 7S PowerSports.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or returned package may be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact 7S PowerSports as soon as possible and retain the original packaging, shipping materials, and damaged merchandise. Photographs of the package and merchandise may be required to process a carrier claim.

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and 7S PowerSports promptly so the situation can be reviewed.

7S PowerSports is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Orders returned to 7S PowerSports because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances caused by the recipient may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Special-order and backordered merchandise may require additional processing time. Estimated availability and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change based on manufacturer or distributor availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you regarding available options.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be changed or canceled.

Special-order items may be subject to separate cancellation or deposit policies.

Shipping policies and return policies are separate. Eligibility for a return, refund, or exchange is subject to the 7S PowerSports Return Policy.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable.
